The manager was so sweet and incredibly helpful. I only needed a couple feet of carpet in a tougher color to find, but she found exactly what I needed and very quickly! 10/10 would recommend

Installed our flooring about 6 years ago, they installed wrong shade of flooring of course my husband didn't notice while the install was happening but when I came home I was like "this is to dark, are you sure this is the right flooring?". Called and yep they installed wrong color. The installers did a great job but the lady admin is who screwed the order up. Fast forward to today. Needed the same flooring finished in another room to match. The lady who answered was rude. Me: (Explained what we need) her: "I'm busy right now, I'll have to get back with you" (long pause) me: Ok. her: Ok. (long pause). Me: Do you need my contact info? Her: (long pause) I'm with another customer right now, everyone's on lunch, and I have another call but sure what's your contact info? Me: nevermind, I'll find another business. Who would've thought it would've been so hard to say "may I put you on hold? or call you back, what's your name and number? Bad business.
