The house I bought had been a rental for years. Billy buffed up and shined my floors in 2 days and they look great!

Jean Neipert...Very unhappy with the charges (I should have had the price in writing) Did my foyer floor--replaced 8 oak boards..left 18 old boards. I am not happy with the stain or the poly. I wanted Fruitwood and Glossy poly to match my kitchen floor. My son and daughter also question the stain and poly. Charge: $1,200.00 for a small foyer floor with replacing 8 oak boards. Then I found all of the sanding pads and old oak boards and trash in MY TRASH CAN, when on my invoice says he disposed of them. My trash person requested everything has to be bagged in it, so I had to dump my trash can and bag the mess. Now 3 months later, the oak floor that was replaced is coming apart and is needing repair. Fancy Flooring Hardwood Floors DID NOT DO a good job on repair. I have to pay someone else now to fix. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS.

We gave Billy 1/2 of total project cost as deposit over two months before scheduling the work to be completed. He then started work on a Thursday and finished on Saturday. Me and my wife were heading out of town when we got a text from Billy that he would finish around 11 and stated remaining balance. I replied to send invoice and I would pay remaining balance the next week. I then received a short reply "payment is due on completion as in today" I replied that I would pay remaining balance once I could go into house when dry and see the work was satisfactory. When I arrived at the house then threatened to stop in the middle of finish work if he wasn't paid the balance that day. I wouldn't recommend using his service based on his customer relation skills and making the customer have all the risk by paying 100% for work that can't be inspected.

Did a awesome job on our dance floor and would refer them too anyone. It was a tight timing issue and they knew our business had to be opened up quickly. They came in after hours to make sure everything was finished right and on time.

Did an AWESOME job on some old floors in a house we renovated. Plus had him put in ceramic flooring in the kitchen & bath. They turned out beautiful! Thanks for doing such a great job.
