        If I could give zero stars I would today I was in the the area and WAS a tmobile customer I went in to go get a speaker I asked the employee if I could charge my accessories while shopping no problems. we'll manger walked over and was like not in my store started harassing the employee I felt bad and said not his fault I did just walk over and connect my head phones (had permission maybe he wont get introuble) so I just left verizon down the street way better serves even tho those company are corrupted over priced company's anyways

        Took care of everything I needed. Transfered 4 phones and 2 watches and bought an iPad. Cost me $59.00. Edgar was great and made it painless. Drove 21 miles to have the switch be done at this store.

        Very poor Customer service experience today at this location. They hire kids who know nothing about customer service who just argue. There is a promotion that we qualified for and they wouldnt present it to us saying that you didnt ask for it
