        Ricardo and his folks are great! I bought a Revvl phone from another T-Mobile store in January, and the phone was basically a lemon - wouldn't power cycle. Went back to that store and was told, "Sorry, you have no warrantee, tough break." But I went to Ricardo's store and he said, "Let me see how we can make this right." 30 minutes later I left totally satisfied with a new phone. I've been a T-Mobile customer for more than 10 years, and Ricardo restored my faith in T-Mobile. 5 Star Service!

        Terrible attention, they waste your time! I went to have my payment method updated, they asked me for my bank card and now it turns out that they did nothing, I lost 1 hour waiting for nothing!!!!!!
