Ive been going to Dr. Youssef for two years now! As a retired RN, I find her very efficient and knowledgeable. She is extremely dedicated to her internal medicine and is very much aware of the latest in medications and testing! It was difficult to leave my internal medicine No physician in Las Vegas five years ago, and I waited a couple years to find someone! My cardiologist recommended
Dr. YOUSEF And I am very thankful that he did. She is a top-notch internist.

The doctor is good but all of the staffs are very unprofessionally. They don't know what they are doing. They don't understand English well. Only Tina is a good & professional staff that they have in their office but she doesn't have much opportunities to deal with customers because everything is controlled by the mean & unprofessional office manager.

I have just received a call at 530pm from her office stating that they closed me out as a patient because I went to get a second opinion. They said my daughter called. I don't have a daughter. I have severe anxiety and pre diabetic and currently have I think a bronchitis. I had an appointment for tomorrow, and they just now told me I can't come see them. I do not owe them any money and do not have enough time to find another doctor. I'm afraid this will turn into pneumonia by the time I get an appointment as a new patient somewhere. This might fall under patient abandonment after briefly speaking to a lawyer. I'm so in shock. Save your time and protect yourself from these practices. I have never in my life experienced this.

Extremely rude staff but Dr. Yousuf is kind and knowledgeable herself.
Update: why did I think the receptionists could do their job? I called them Monday to fax my lab orders to Madison Hospital. I went in Friday morning to get blood drawn, only for the fax to not exist. The nurse said this was not the first lab order fax missing from Dr. Yousufs office. Please fix the reception or hire competent people!
