    This was my first time going to this place.I had a good experience with this facility. All of the workers were nice, friendly& helpful and Dr. Webster was great. I really recommend this facility.

    So let start with this, I have been a patient with Horizons for over 10years now, and in the first few years the staff was excellent and worked will with their patients, the few nurses that have been there as long as I have been seen there I cant count maybe 2 are left. With that being said the quality of care hasnt changed as it is top notch which is another reason why I stay with them and not go to another clinic as we all know they are on every block like the churches in the south The new staff (reception and intake nurses) are sometimes very rude and act as if they have no compassion (they are young and out of school in my opinion) I am a Medical Assistant and Medical Receptionist If I could work for my Dr and be able to see him it would be a WIN WIN for both he and I however in this state that is not allowed or so I have been told Dr Webster is a kind compassionate person who will listen to all your medical needs and issues with compassion and empathy. He is worth taking the time and the headaches from the staff you sometimes can endure here. But I cant say it enough Dr Webster and the 2 Nurses who have been there with me for the last 10yrs have changed my life and my heart theyre like family to me now. I hope this review helps someone out there trying to find a compassionate Dr who will take the time to listen and care for your needs. Many Blessings to YALL

    My grandmother became a patient at this facility this month. After the first visit we have called over and over to get her prescriptions. We have also left several messages on the patient portal and still have not received any response. Im starting to think this change in provider was a mistake. Is there not enough staff to answer the phones or respond to messages? Most places have a policy to return calls or emails within 24-48 hours. This is totally unacceptable behavior for a healthcare facility.
