        Kinda a sparsely decorated store for a corporate location. The techs were great though, but no real way to know who is next for assistance. No sign in available, or anything of structure.

        Worse customer services ever. The tmobile worker horrible customer service. I went to another store great service and call back to make verbal complaints with the assistant manager. As of today no response from the assistant store manager. If you can avoid this store in other words he basically said I didn't know my phone brand and he knows his jobs so don't tell me about my job or phone brand. And of course he was absolutely Wrong. Wrong of my phone brand!!!!

        UPDATE/12-2023.. Tara, and Derek made this visit PERFECT!!! This is the 2nd time Tara, (I hope spelling is correct) has impressed me with courtesy and professionalism in this store. Derek, although seems to be learning.. was very very courteous and knowledgeable. He really seemed to care about the job he was doing. THANK YOU TO BOTH OF YOU!!! 06-2023More pleasant visit than previous trips to T-MOBILE in the... they didn't have the phone in stock that I wanted, hence only 4 stars... one employee helped me. She answered all of my questions in a very timely and professional manner. I believe her name was [Tarah. (spelling)] Thanks again!
