Dealing with German roaches was already a nightmare, but dealing with this company AND the roaches was just plain awful.
The owner of the company was very kind during the first consultation, but the employees I talked to subsequently and that were sent to my home were not knowledgeable and often not courteous. When applying the pest control, they put dust behind the electrical outlets and did not screw the outlets back onto the wall. Aside from that, they put the "bait" (a brown goop) arbitrarily around my house instead of in the cracks where it belonged. I literally stuck my hand in a pile of roach poison while reaching for my toothbrush because the poison was left on a ledge in my bathroom. Having to continually schedule appointments was impossible; they stopped offering 7am services during the course of our interaction and they don't work weekends or evenings, so if you work 9-5, this company is no use to you. In addition to how obviously poor the application and handling of the service was, my roach problem persisted for 3 months after I started this service.
This service was provided by my landlord, but I payed out of pocket for a new pest control because of how terrible this whole situation was. I haven't seen a roach since I started dealing with a different company, so I can definitively say Rick Ricker Pest Control has NO IDEA how to get rid of German roaches.
