        Weve used Massey for several years and its been fine until a couple months ago. We had an issue with roaches and had a hard time getting someone out for a couple weeks. Then we had an issue with fungus on our plants which went undetected by them. And the final issue was when they came out to spray the fertilizer last week they sprayed it all over 4 huge windows in the front of my house. You couldnt even see out of the windows they were so bad! Ive called now 4 times to speak to a manager about it and each time I was told a manager would call me back but nobody has ever called. I expected more from Massey especially since weve been a customer for several years.

        Massey does a very thorough inspection and our service tech, Rick Stewart is very professional, easy to talk to, explained everything and told us areas of the house to improve, and also was super thorough in going through the outside and inside of our house.
