Very friendly & courteous staff. Nice, clean facilities, and reasonable fees. Usually able to get same day service without an appointment.

This is my personal experience with North End Veterinary Clinic. I moved here in January 2024 and this vet was recommended to me. I dropped off my (7) pet records and was told they would send reminders when it was time for a vaccine or check-up. Things are great, until I called with questions or tried to make grooming appointments. I have Never received a call back from the groomer or whoever answers the phone at North End, for any questions I've had. i.e. (Can 1-800 Pet Meds send my prescriptions to you)? Response (who is 1-800 Pet Meds)? After multiple calls trying to have my questions answered, I wont be calling back, but North End you're very fortunate to have so much business that you dont need new clients. However, you may want to invest in some customer service trainings.
