    My boxers ears are crooked. They got infected and when I called for them to see him the Dr there couldn't see him I had to take him to my other dogs vet. They've yet to even call to check on him or anything will never go back or never refer anyone there .

    So, I was so hopeful for a better updated rating of this business, but unfortunately, it's not and sorry to say, but this falls on yall. It was your decision to decline services to my mom today even though she was not the one who gave yall the bad rating..it was me! She shouldn't face the consequences of my doings, but since yall want to be petty, instead of yall trying to make amends on the unfortunate last visit, let's do this again. "My mom" walked in today to give yall more business, and she said that upon walking in, she could feel the tension in the air from one of the receptionists. My mom did not even know that I had even posted the last review, so she was wondering why there was tension from one of the girls. The new receptionist, which was nice, preceded to wait on my mom and once pulling my mom's chart, he said that there was a note on "Her" file, not to see her pets anymore. Now keep in mind.. "I" posted the review... NOT MY MOM. She knew nothing about the review! Also, keep in mind that my mom has been a client of this business for probably over 25 years, since Dr. Baird owned the business. The other receptionist who had acted off told my mom that they would no longer be seeing her pets because of the review she posted & that she practically called the doctor a liar, & theres another vets office down the road that you can use. My mom said I haven't posted a review, and much less, I don't even have a Facebook. The receptionist then said well u need to talk to your daughter." So tell me this..what's the difference in my mom calling him a liar when yall called my mom a liar..?? Plz tell me! My mom doesn't lie, and she will be the last person to ever lie about something. Accidents happen, and we understand that, but don't try to push it off on my mom as a liar just because yall messed up not once but twice on the bill. First, for billing her another clients bill, then having to go back to fix that, to having to go back again and fix the bill bc you overcharged! Then call her a liar bc she said her cat only got one shot, but yall charged her for 2! Even the doctors response to her saying the cat only got one shot is --- "Alot of people come in here and say that"-- so if lots of people are saying that..then whats really going on?!! Do u expect her not to say anything?? Wouldn't you?? And then you take the review that i posted and put it on her when it was my doing. Im 37 years old and have my own animals. Take it up with me..not her! Anyways..yall pay attention to your bills! Smh... some kind of business lol they would rather run you off than admit to a mistake and try to make things right. So here's you another review!

    We had to put our long time family pet down due to cancer. The Dr. and staff were compassionate and informative with the options and explained them well. A very caring facility. We plan to get another pet and they will be our veterinary service!

    We switched from another vet back to Dr Baird and his staff and what a difference it has made. Youre greeted by the staff and your pet gets the absolute best treatment possible. The other place lost its caring for your fur- babies in the worst way. They even started charging an unscheduled appointment fee which was totally unacceptable and wrong. Your pet gets hurt or sick and you go there unscheduled and bam youre hit with a stupid fee. Dr Bairds office is going to be our pets forever vets office. They are the best in professionalism and caring.
