As a DIY fixer, i enjoyed the capability to go to a local shop and get the parts I needed to fix a washing machine. I called ahead to verify they had the parts I needed, and went in and was able to get them. I did have to give the part numbers again. The parts are stored behind the counter so it's more of a warehouse instead of searching through aisles trying to find it yourself. It was also cheaper than amazon to get the parts without the wait for shipping.

Customer service is horrible!

We purchased a replacement part for our dryer but accidentally bought the wrong part. We went to return the part that had not been used and they refused to refund us for the part. They said there were several small marks on the part showing that it had been installed but those were present when we purchased the part.
