I am a first-time appliance buyer for my new apartment this is one of the easiest processes I've ever gone through these people made it beyond easy I just showed up picked out the ones I wanted and their own general manager brought me my dryer as soon as it was ready I can say they go above and beyond for their customers give them a chance guys you won't regret it

Had a technician come out to inform us that the Samsung dryer that we have that was manufactured in 2022 arent making parts for that model. I called another technician to come out to check out-the dryer and they ordered the part and installed the part. Lubbock appliance is charging service calls of 166.00 to tell customers that part are no longer available which they are available
