I was furious about the sprint end of my switch to TMobile because sprint was still charging me. I'm not young, can't hear and was getting nowhere on my own. I believe his name was Josh and he took charge and got it done and did so while waiting on 3 other customers!! He did it all by himself and with a . Thank you

Joshua was absolutely excellent, he helped me fix my broken iPhone and got me upgraded very fast. Could not recommend enough. Thank you Joshua!

Sign out front says be back in 15 mins, 30 mins later T-Mobile worker walks in. Before we could get out of car the door is locked again while worker is in the back room!

Matt and Michael were an awesome help and great with target market.
Definitely was able to get what I needed and in a timely fashion.
Highly recommend this location in particular, customer service is satisfactory.
