I have switched to tmobile since September, and occasionally have issues with non wifi connection. I went up to the tmobile store with my mom and brother. My mother had an issue with a sprint bill popping up after we thought it was payed for when we switched from sprint. We walk in, and the phone was ringing. A guy with i believe reddish hair and beard, with glasses (didnt see name) was working. My mom said he could answer it first, and he just said he didn't want to. then my mom asks about this bill and he, short story, acted impatient and like he couldnt be bothered to help her. Then we asked about the connection issue like trying to load apps near restaurants and such, and says it is because we are using thei wifi. I said i dont have wifi connected near there and acts like he wants to argue with me. i walk out getting angry with him, my brother goes in. i dont know what was said, but as my family left, I heard dont come back. The guy working acted like he could care less about us, wanted to argue, and acted like all he cared about, as he said that is what he did, he was there to sell phones and nothing else. i was so angry and i am really regretting switching to tmobile.
