I would give zero stars if possible. Driver has charged me $290 for a $29 fare. He showed me his app for the fare and inputted $29, but turned his phone away from me when he swiped my card.
I was happy to accept as a mistake, however, trying to contact the Company has yielded no reply. So I can only assume the company is implicit in this and it was an act of fraud.
Avoid at all costs.

I usually use this service, and they are decent, clean and available.but they didn't have any available at the moment and it was late and cold.
