Picked up quickly and a great driver.

I just had a bad experience in your taxi cab 7214. It was drizzling and the driver asked us to take our ponchos out so his seats didnt get wet. So we got wet. While I was taking mine off, my daughter got into the cab and the driver took my bag from her and put it in front in the seat beside him. I have never had a driver touch my things this way. Thirdly he took the longest route to get from Universal to Spago. When i asked him to take the shorter route on gps he said it is up to you then ten mins thru the drive he starts to take the longer route again. When i asked him why he said there was flooding. But he did not inform me that he again chose the longest route which was like 4 mins more. Three red flags here. The name of driver on the monitor is Bayou.

Cab driver very ruded.

I had mistakenly left an item behind when the cab driver dropped me off but the driver handed over to the office and the Manager (Natabhai) kept it safely and I was able to pick it up from his office. Safety and trust are two important things for a cab service. Certainly experienced this well with this cab company.
