Worst customer service. Need to report them to the BBB . Do not call you back . Say they will help you out but go out of the office for two days and cancel your order. Very rude and sassy with customers and MS Chrissy is the worst she avoided me after saying she would help me out with a order that was randomly cancelled for no reason, they were being Karens trying to investigate my old home address, yet if i did a new application and provided my new address why would you be deep diving into an old address . And couldnt wait to cancel my order, but infact Should be trying everything to complete my order?? This is a weird 'business' . They do anything to NOT WORK, claim they are understaffed and use that as a way to justify their horrible business . Do not go here they may just want all your personal info because theyre never completing any orders. Will provide screenshots to this post. Have purchased my furniature cash instead of dealing with these people here . They are really miserable and its sad all i was trying to do was order things for my family home. WILL PRAY FOR YALL. xoxo
