If I could give this place a negative 10 I would. Where do I start. Bankrupt pretty soon. So desperate they have their entire staff involved into car dealership tactics of closing sales. Skye the president needs to be off the floor. What kind of business has the need to feel that way about their staff to upsell over their employees. The only problem this store is having is everything in the book. Terrible management terrible theifs refund holds terrible mural for the whole world. Evan needs to come back and make this place hd buttercup again

Worst Management EVER! Skyler the manager in Culver City needs customer service training and should be working at McDonalds. Cannot express his unprofessionalism.
Worst Experience dealing with him. Sold me a defective table and would not accept responsibility.

I would give less than 1 star if I could. My wife and bought a couch there for $5k. In less than 2 years the couch began to fall apart. This after we waited 10 months for the couch to be delivered. We don't have kids and are more than respectful to our furniture. When I wrote the HD Buttercup, they refused to do anything about it and said they could recommend a company to repair it, but we would have to pay for that. The fact that they so readily had a company on hand to repair their furniture speaks volumes to me that we aren't the only people with this problem. I will never buy anything there again and definitely will not be recommending it to anyone.
