My company has 35 years experience in manufacturing and myself personally 15 years. Of all the MANY vendors I've sourced in the course of business never have I worked with a worse vendor. Communication from this company is abhorrent. We purchase one product from them, it never changes. However when we request a quote it takes MANY days to receive one and constant harassment...again for something they have made for us for years. It's difficult to get communication from our account manager and her manager is just as bad.
This last quote that we received was 10% higher in cost from when we purchased the SAME quantity and EXACT SAME product 6 months ago. We received a second quote that offered us the same price as we previously paid when they switch our product to be made in China!
