So far all Ive done is consult and order the Pella 250 series windows. If the finished product and installation are as great as Trisha was as a consultant, Ill be very happy! Trisha answered my many many questions in a timely manner. I tend to obsess over details and she was able to deal with me patiently and professionally. She sent me videos of products, did research and got back to me in a timely manner about very specific details. She made me feel like I was her only customer. I look forward to having the brand new Pella windows installed in my home!! Ill post about finished product once they are in.

Update: its been 1.5 years since my installation now. Half my windows were caulked and finished by a second team of pella installers since the first team was struggling. My windows the first team caulked and finished have mold covering the caulking and the caulking is soft. The windows the second pella team caulked look perfect and have hardened caulking. I contacted Pella and they told me this is my maintenance issue. I clean my windows outside every few months and have never been able to get the mold off the sticky gross caulking, it just keeps getting worse and is embedded. Really a sad situation now and it just looks awful. Love my new windows and sliding door! The manager I worked with once installation started went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied with everything and personally cleaned windows and was very good at communicating with me throughout.

Customer Service never gets back to anyone promptly. Very long wait time for service. Takes them 9-10 months to get products in stock. Edited response- Our corporate office chose to do business with Pella in 2006, and I have had to deal with this particular Pella store for going on 8 years now. My first review 5 years ago, is an understatement to the type of service we have continued to receive from Pella still. Not mentioning any names regarding awful service, but if a call service technician refuses to transfer a call to another representative and refuses to even pass along a message to another representative, they have serious training issues on how to deal with customers. If a call service technician says "I cannot look up your orders because you have so many orders with us" they have a serious computer data and service issues. If a call service technician says, they will have a item by a certain date, and 4-8 weeks goes by without a call or email, then they have supply/chain issues. If an automated email message says "a response will be sent within 2 business days," and weeks go by without a response, they have a serious response time issue in dealing with customers. Especially being a customer that has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars with Pella, we expect at least some respect during phone conversations and regular business dealings. But we rarely received that, except from a gentleman Mr. J. Rid. But apparently, Mr. J. Rid. is no longer with the company, which is a travesty because he was an asset to their company. It would make sense that they would no longer employ or retain good assets because their management has serious issues that need to be dealt with promptly and professionally. Unfortunate for Pella, our corporate office and I have finally decided to go with another window supplier. Their loss. Edit- They should advised their customers wait time prior to purchase. If they had told us it was going to take 9-10 (almost a year) until windows would be provided, we would have arranged something different. Simply put, they are window provider, who does not provide windows. Will not be surprised if this recent order does go to being one year long wait.

Wrong decision. Since we only had five windows to replace, I felt good about splurging on Pella vs. Home Depot for what was a healthy double-digit premium. But in our area Pella subcontracts its installation, and we had a very poor installation experience. One window has to be completely uninstalled and then reinstalled. The window installed at an angle is not secure. I cant latch it closed. The installers worked too fast and were sloppy. They got insulating foam all over the exterior of the home and on my decoratively painted concrete outside as well. That stuff doesnt come off. The installer got sealant all over my furniture by setting his equipment on tables rather than on the floor where he had his protective cloth. Im still finding it here and there and scrubbing it off. He also had a large can of solvent that he put on our nightstand in the bedroom which damaged the finish. I can strongly recommend Trisha who was an excellent sales person. Unfortunately she is not backed up by a team that can perform. We are sorely disappointed and have had no outreach from Pella leadership. I anticipate that someone at Pella with respond to this review with a Were so sorry to hear about your experience response. But they know about this mess already. Nobody seems to be concerned about how to make all of this right, other than to uninstall and reinstall the window and ignoring all the other issues. I can imagine that poor window with all of its ins and outs will probably have problems in the future. Lastly the caulk work looks awful too.

Mr. Zuniga was knowledgeable, patient, polite and accommodating in every way. We will buy more windows in the future from him! A great guy to sell a great product!
