        You were supposed to be open today until 4:00pm today so we made the trip to get a load of firewood only to come against a locked gate at 2:15pm with no sign as to why. A wasted hour of my time not to account for the gas to get there. You owe the public an explanation! I will forward this on to corporate. Someone dropped the ball!

        This place is dangerous! The only person who was helpful was the front desk lady, no loaders available even though they are around. You buy pallets with pavers and half come cracked. Exit person encouraged us to drive out into dangerous traffic.

        Very helpful and knowledgeable. Be patient with them though. They're often very busy helping lots of customers. This is the only place I trust for good dirt, mulch, and other landscaping materials.

      Thank you for your review. We apologize for this experience, and we would like to resolve this issue for you. Please allow us to make this right and earn your business moving forward. Give our office a call at 303-794-5960 and ask to speak with the manager, Brian. While it can be expected to have a very small percentage of damaged pavers on a pallet, it is very uncommon for half of the pavers on a pallet to be damaged. This may be an issue our manufacture needs to be aware of as well. We would like to resolve this issue for you. Please allow us to make this right and earn your business moving forward.
