Silver Crown Landscape Materials

Silver Crown was incredible from start to finish. We are doing a backyard renovation and needed gravel for the base. We went in and chatted with a gentleman. He was kind, professional and informative. This is our first time doing this type of project and he gave us great tips as well. Once we were ready to book our delivery, I spoke with a lady who was the definition of customer service. She dealt with my scheduling changes with grace, compassion, understanding and top notch respect. Our delivery driver was having so much fun with us and made the experience even better than expected. I truly believe customer care is lost and a dying art and I can say that its alive and well at Silver Crown!

Ordered 4 tons of rock yesterday and they dumped 6.5 tons into our trailer, not a huge deal but I dont like over loading our trailer thats why I asked for 4 tons. Come back today to get 1.5 tons and they dumped 4 tons into our trailer? Then we have to drive back to the pile dump it out to have them reload it again. Second try was a fail as well as he still dumped 2.5 tons which is 1 ton over what requested resulting in an extra $120 onto the billWhats the point of a scale and asking for specific weight if they cant even get close.
