Property was in okay condition but I have never in my life had landlords try and make tenants pay for repairs to their property from normal wear and use. I have also never seen a landlord charge rent when the house was uninhabitable for the 3/4 weeks in a month. Property management also was very unprofessional in the handling of the deposit refund to the point we had to involve the State AGs office before we got a response on when we would be refunded. In short go to a larger more professional property management place, you may pay a few more bucks on the front end that way but I assure you it will save you time and money in the long run.
