Not a good place to live! If I could rate below a zero I would. One star is to generous! Mr. Asbury,seems like a nice guy. But his choice in renters is horrible! The rudest most ignorant neighbors. Who doesn't have any respect or regards for there fellow neighbors. The walls are papers thin so you will hear a lot of noises. Plus, people hanging around in there cars playing loud music and selling drugs! At all times of the day. If you make an complaint, Mr. Asbury will not get involved with the problem. Until the situation gets worse. Been here 5 1/2 years. During those5 1/2 years I can count the good tenant on one hand and still have a lot of fingers lefted over! On one occasion, I have called Mr. Asbury, 75 times I a guy playing his music for four days straight.he have tried to avoid me. Until he finally answered his phone. Each time he claimed that he have taken care of the problem and spoken to the noisy neighbors. If your looking for a good quiet place to live this isn't it! Avoid this place like the, plague! Mr. Asbury,is okay but not how he runs his properties!
