very rude and tried to charge me more and not use my gift certificate that was expired when there was no date on the certificate??? also dropped the truck off at 10am and they told me it would be done by 1pm at the latest and i had to wait until 10am the next day to even pick it up. would not recommend!!

Deplorable customer service. EDIT: My husband has had my car there to get a remote starter. His last name is Cortes. Today, however, we were given the run around for getting my two tires replaced. My husband has spoken to a lady, a man, and a guy named Steve. We were told to make an appointment and then we were told we didnt have to for today and to just call before we came and ask for Steve. When my husband called, the lady answering calls was extremely disrespectful and we were told Steve was too busy to help us today. Quiet interesting since the establishment isnt too busy to respond to a bad review immediately after it is given. Clearly this place lacks if they claim every bad review is not a customer on file!

Will not do business anytime I need auto details. .. 1.5 years later my car is running funny because of the car starter they put on. Don Franklin sent me here. Dont buy Don Franklin either. Update 11/21/23 All bad business. No Need to go there!

I have them do replace my rear deck speaker of my car. They charge me way too much and didn't get the job done. When I called them to fixed what I have paid for, they ignored me. This place is not professional at all. They will damage your car and take your money....please don't come unless u want them to ripped off your money...
