        I was super nervous and worried about the install and turnout! My expectations were exceeded! I was greeted during drop off, and at pick up! I had Katzkin leather installed in my 2500hd truck to factory match. The owner explained the entire process, and even talked to me and my wife for 30 minutes after closing! The Leather is tight, neat, and has no wrinkles! It looks absolutely amazing! My truck was finished not only the same day, but the entire process was smooth and professional! I noticed right off the attention to detail, and PRIDE in their work! I would 100% recommend Ride City Customs, and am very thankful for the awesome job! Thanks, Casey Caudill!!!!

        A friend got some work done here & they did a horrible job. Just look at the work done in these photos. This cost $325 I guess their motto is if you dream it we can do it do what exactly?! This this is also their second attempt to make it right with the customer.

      Obviously this is a poor attempt to shake us down into giving a refund that is out of the window of refundability. We offered to redo the work to customer satisfaction. In busines, mistakes happen, we are human. We pride ourselves on providing great customer service. We haven't been in business this long by not doing so. And even though Josh has all his friends trying to run our name through the mud as some type of tactic to force us into a refund, we are still willing to redo the work to his satisfaction without fuss.
