        just drove around the grounds as I'd read some negative reviews however I couldn't substantiate them as grounds were well kept, professional landscaping company was on site at that time actually, it looked clean,well kept, and calm.

        Maintenance is quick to fix things and the place is spacious enough, but it isn't worth $1000+ a month (not even close); not for a place built in the 1980s. Traffic noise can be unbearable as its right next to New Circle Road, and couple that with the blaring of sirens from the nearby fire station, you're sure to be awakened at night from the noise. Two years in a row my rent has been continually raised, for reasons unknown. I just got told a vague response of "it happens every year". Why? Everywhere else I've stayed never did that to me, and if they did, they gave me a proper explanation. Still another year left on my lease, but if they raise it in 2025, I'll likely be gone.
