        Great experience living at The Flats. I felt like a valued customer during my 2 year stay. Any issue or need is responded to quickly and professionally. Property Manager Karen Desantis earned my complete trust and was a pleasure to see and chat with each day as I came and left the building. If I ever live in downtown Lexington again, I be looking here first. The unit was so quality that I would have bought it if for sale. Rent here with confidence.

        I had such a tough time finding apartments until I found the flats. This apartment is so nice, all of the appliances are up to date and whenever anything goes wrong, maintenance takes care of it within a business day. Karin (the manager) is so responsive and super helpful. The location is perfect and walkable to downtown, however sometimes it does get noisy because of how close you are to downtown. The building is super secure, I never felt unsafe in this apartment. 10/10 recommend!!!
