Just talk to the people who actually live here. It's a mess. The place is falling in reverse bc the slumuvation by Sundance is slumming. Sundance misleads alot of us with site unseen, pictures and signing at Oak Grove where the office is. Inspect YOUR apartment, have someone handy go with you if you aren't sure.
