Worst place I have ever lived in my life management is the absolute WORST and maintenance comes in whenever and has no respect let alone shuts the door with my children in the same room!!!!! Someone needs to do something now !!!!

This Place Firstly, The Rent Has Increased 4 TIMES Since Ive Moved Here 2yrs Ago. I Was Told Upon Moving In To Take Plenty Of Pictures & Write Down Anything That Needed To Fixed In My Newly Remodeled Apartment, I Had 4 Pages Of Things Things That Went Neglected For Months BEFORE One Thing Was Even Looked At & Now 2yrs Later Im Still Waiting On Screens For My Windows, Replacement Blinds. Theyre Supposed To Do Inspections & Pest Control BUT No One Has Been To My Apartment In MONTHS & Yet They Just Expect Me To Overlook It. BEFORE Moving In I Was Told That I Would ONLY Have To Pay My RENT, ELECTRIC & INTERNET If I Chose To Have It Now Theyve Added GAS To The Invoice & Cant Explain Why Im Required To Pay Both Electric & Gas . Sounds Like A Scam. Rent Went From 630.00- Now 675.00 (after all of the random fees they tack on you end up paying OVER $700 for a 2bedroom. That doesnt sound like affordable housing to me .. More Like FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Getting ANY Resolution For ANY Complaint Is IMPOSSIBLE.. Their Customer Service Is Trash & Whoever Runs This Mf Ought To Be Ashamed Of The Way They Continue To Extort People. How Do You Feel Comfortable Tacking On Fees & Raising Rent But NEGLECTING THE PROPERTY YOURE HOUSING PEOPLE IN ? Hell When I Moved In To My Newly Remodeled Apartment There Were Bugs In The Lights & It Took Them Until A Year Later To Get Them Out & That Was ONLY Done Because My Lightbulb Needed To Be Changed & They Recommend To Only Allow Them To Do It (but if youre already damaging my property it shouldnt make a difference) My Toilet & Sink Were Supposed To Get Fixed .. 2yrs Later NOTHING. Smoke & Mirrors Is All This Place Is, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE MOVING HERE. The Pictures Attached Are Just A Few Of The Things I Complained About & Told Them Needed To Be Fixed & I Was Assured It Would Be Handled .. Whats The Point Of Putting In A Work Order If Nobodys Working Right ? Lmao
