Before leasing, ask to see their laundry facility! Pros: - Maintenance team have hands of gold - Property managers were very helpful - Location is great, parking is easy - Decent availability of units Cons: - Laundry always broken, somewhat dirty, phone app is super lame - Few things make it a bit harder to enjoy the yard: the lazy ones of the dog owners don't pick up the poop, public grill never has gas - No fan exhaust in the bathroom - Internet wired for Spectrum, no optical fiber

If any emergency situation ever arises when you live here, good luck. Management lies to residents and does not communicate effectively when things go wrong. There was a fire, and the whole place lost electricity, and residents were kept in the dark. They cut the phone lines and don't respond to texts. Very little support was offered, and everyone lost their apartment with little relocation help from management. These people don't actually care about their residents or this situation would've been handled differently. It was a good option for the price and location for a UK student before, but now, I am incredibly disappointed, AVOID IF AT ALL POSSIBLE. UPDATE AFTER COMMUNICATION WITH MANAGEMENT: They NEVER offered to pay for my hotel, and did not offer feasible alternative housing like they are claiming. When I spoke to management on the phone, I was basically told "you have to be a little understanding if I missed you, I talked to 300 people in 3 days" um excuse me?? these are peoples lives!!! My entire LIFE was uprooted because of this situation, and they literally don't even care. I will tell everyone I know to avoid this management company. It sounds like Cogwill needs to hire a crisis team to help when emergency situations arise so that it's not just one person doing everything, perhaps that would've made this all a lot better. Either way, there are better places to live that won't handle such a situation so horribly. FINAL UPDATE: At this point, I am not reading anything else management has to say to me via google reviews(I haven't read their update before this either). Be so serious right now- I sent you all a lengthy email yesterday, that has not been addressed, but you'll take the time to talk to me here? Very interesting choice. As I've said on the phone: They will receive my new mailing address to send further communication to. I'm not speaking to them about this any more unless it's 100% necessary.

Overall I wouldn't recommend any properties run by these people. 1) laundry room is a lottery where parts are always on order but never seem to get there. 2) had flooding problem for an entire year before they finally fixed it. 3) clogged pipe took multiple times to fix (although, the people who actually do the work are nice) 4) shower above mine leaked and molded the drywall ceiling on my bathroom. Only fixed after it crashed down. Even though I showed it to them. 5) constant bug treatments are intrusive. 6) had an electrical problem that made all the apartments uninhabitable. Gave people a descion to move or stick it out with no information. Don't even take calls from us. If you judge someone by how they handle a crisis... Zero out of 10 here.... This happened after an electrical fire not but the week prior, so, you can be sure they cant take a hint. 7) charge for a car permit even if you don't own a car. 8) internet service hook up was a major hassel 9) revolving door of property managers. 10) beware of dog people and the minefield their canines lay in the yard. Just like the laundry room, deciding on this place is a matter of rolling the dice. Studio is spacious and it is a good location for a college student or a nurse.

I used to live there and between the mold in the "newly renovated" bathroom and the $800 rent for a studio apartment I'm glad I left and never came back.
