UPDATE (a month after purchasing the vehicle): I am ABSOLUTELY changing my score on this experience because, a month into purchasing this car and being told, multiple times, that my A/C was working (which was a HUGE contingency in purchasing the vehicle which is why I asked multiple times), that is absolutely not the case and it appears that I was lied to. How do I know I was lied to? Because the compressor doesn't work, the relay was taken off (there is no way for an A/C to work without the compressor) and Razi told me that *my mechanic* must've been lying because "it worked when he sold it to me" which is impossible without a relay which again was missing. I even have a text thread where he said "they" (whoever they are) checked and "I was able to confirm the A/C is cold". When I reached out to him about him needing to fix this issue, he gave me that usual dealer talk that the car as sold as/is. Yeah, it's sold as/is based on the understanding that you are getting what you were told that you would. I am looking at $1350 in repairs based on something that I was assured would not be an issue and so I am taking him to court. Someone who definitely stayed in contact in order to get my money on the front end, suddenly has nothing to say about something that he wasn't forthcoming about (he even confirmed when I called that I asked him multiple times if it worked). Better to tell me that the compressor was bad or was going out (something that can be tested in under five minutes) than to say it was fine when it was impossible for it to be. So yes, I am taking him to court. I gave him the opportunity to take care of this and he is ignoring me, so I will be filing. And also yes, I am going to keep my original review up (that contained four stars) so that you can be discerning that just because someone may be friendly, that doesn't always mean that are operating with the utmost integrity. When you say something works, you should stand on that or be honest that it doesn't. Simple as that. ---- Whenever you purchase a used car, you need to ask ALL of the questions beforehand so that you know JUST what you're getting. While purchasing my Honda was a bit of a process, Razi was friendly, communicative and appeared sincere about making sure that I was confident that I was making a wise purchase. Unlike a lot of dealers who only care about the bottom line (making money), he conducts business with a conscience and that's a high compliment.
