I bought a car from galaxy on this past Saturday 4/9/2022. I was very happy with the staff at galaxy. They went above and beyond to meet my needs and provided excellent customer service from my first phone call to check availability of the car in question to leaving the lot, they made sure we knew how to get back to the highway, since we had driven in from Louisville to look at the car. We we're never pressured to complete a sale, never shown another vehicle or pushed to purchase protection plans or talked into anything extra. Quite a different experience in car shopping in my opinion. I will definitely keep this dealership in mind for my future needs and recommend to my friends and family, It was worth the drive.
