Clean, comfortable, quiet. Not too far from the strip, bit far enough it was easy to get a good nights sleep and close to the airport.

Just far enuff from the strip a little loud when outside with the planes but one in the room couldnt hear them at all

For an 160$ hotel this place was disgusting. BY FAR THE GROSSEST HOTEL IVE EVER STAYED. I could have stayed at the motel 6 and had a better experience. Hotels in the area are less than 80$ but I chose the Hyatt because I expect cleanliness. The pictures attached show stains on the couches, walls, and rugs. The room had an overwhelming mildew smell and I woke up barely able to breathe. The breakfast was surprisingly good so I gave one star for that.

My stay at the Hyatt Place in Las Vegas was a delightful surprise in terms of value and convenience. The complimentary breakfast was a daily treat, offering a variety of good options. Though UNLV required a short Uber ride, the hotel's location was still conveniently close, which was essential for our cheer competition. The option to extend our stay until 3pm for an additional $40 was a thoughtful touch, allowing for a relaxed departure.While the room had a funky vibe that added character, the TV setup was a bit disappointing with no streaming services or guide available. Nonetheless, the proximity to a wide range of dining options made meal times easy and enjoyable.Overall, the Hyatt Place offered a solid stay with a few quirks, perfect for those seeking great value and a prime location near UNLV.
