Just spoke with the front desk with some questions about staying here. I wasn’t even on the line for 5 minutes before she rudely rushed me off the line saying she had other people to attend to other people. I guess if you have any questions you’re SOL.

My brother just died we came from.california to make sure our mom found something and help move her stuff in the lady was rude n disrespectful to my mom all because me n my brothers sat in the other car minors n 1 adult the lady kept saying the same thing over said she talk to everybody like that. Yelling outside and inside SHE IS RUDE. NO RESPECT FOR THE ELDERS EVERYONE ELSE WAS REALLY NICE

I'm the current resident of bldg U, #1614. I enjoy giving credit where credit is due. There's a lady in the front office by the name Carly-Rose. Her customer service skills are as beautifully rendered as she is. Carly's always in a great mood for dealing with guests. Her hospitality is awesome.
