So this weekend, I visited Las Vegas…surprisingly not to party on the strip…but to check out apartments as I am moving from California! I probably checked out over 15-20 apartments in a course of a day and half…honestly…there were some LUXURIOUS APARTMENTS I saw in Summerlin, Henderson and Enterprise area. But I think what sold me with Canterra is the great experience I had with Hannin. It was around 4 maybe almost 5 in the afternoon and she’s finishing up work, but she still provided excellent service by showing me the EL DORADO unit. She was very nice and insightful. Many of the other apartments I visited in Vegas this past 2 days had some of the worst leasing agents! Zezura Apartments had some LAZY AND RUDE agents…I suggest not to even bother checking them out…2 of their agents were on their phone just texting. Needless to say, Canterra had all the amenities I need and the floor plan I like. El Dorado floor plan is perfect for me… too bad they don’t have this floor plan available in the next coming weeks or months (not yet..) and they have a waitlist. Though I’m in no rush to move out since I have a place, if this unit/floor plan becomes available..I will apply for it in a heart beat! Anyway- I don’t really write reviews too often unless it’s super bad, or worth mentioning. My experience at Canterra with Hannin was the best out of all the other apartment complexes I visited this past 2 days. Hopefully one becomes available and they give me a call. 🤞🼠Also one thing to note- it’s on Rainbow Blvd…IT’s a super busy street (which is fine for me)…but let me tell you…if you’re a foodie…there are tons of restaurants by Canterra. Easy access to plenty of stores and restaurants!

Unfortunately, I am not able to stay at the Cantera but the interaction I have had with staff has been amazing. We came in looking for an apartment but with our moving constraints and the high volume of interest in these apartments, nothing would work for us. However, Coy went above and beyond to find us another complex with their management group network and had an application in that day! The Picerne group has been nothing but courteous and I wish I could have gotten an apartment here with their nice floor plans and great upgrades, but the service was just the best and saved us settling for something worse.

I’m going to start with the cons. (See below for a similar review) Attached is a photo of a stain on our carpet after we moved out. Who knows what caused that stain, it literally could have been anything. However that one stain cost us $1,200 after move out. They state that one stain means the entire carpet in the ENTIRE apartment has to be replaced. Be cautious living here as they will take advantage of you as much as they can for fees. A lot of people here don’t clean up after their pets and grounds crew also doesn’t clean it up it just sits there for days. The pools will randomly close down for weeks at a time. Unassigned parking so people are constantly taking the spots closest to your home. If you live downstairs, prepare to hear your upstairs neighbors daily. We put out Christmas tree decorations outside and they gave us a 1 day notice to put it away or we would have been fined $100 also to clarify this wasn’t even visible someone clearly walked over to our patio and had to lean over to notice it (again abusing you for money) Pros: the maintenance team the layouts are rather nice. The gym is nice Common areas are nice Honestly I’m in shock that this company really is charging us $1,200 for one stain. We left this apartment in perfect condition, it was the exact same as it was when we moved in. Not to mention you can see they already ripped the carpet up, indicating that they were intending to replace the carpet before they even found the stain. This place is insane. If you literally spill one thing, you’re done for expect $1,200 on your move out bill.
