Started my search online and met our sales consultant Troy and his manager Caesar. These guys were amazing and worked hard to put a deal together for me. We went to the dealer to review and test drive and met King and Adam. They continued the amazing service and made us feel like part of a family. Others opened doors for us, got us water and made sure we were comfortable. We met Matt during our test drives and he provided the icing on the cake with a personal delivery of our new Sorento at our driveway. Carlos and the Findlay team took excellent care of my car while it was being repaired. I brought my car in for major engine and transmission repair and he kept me up to date every step of the way! I cannot thank Carlos enough for the amazing service provided and my car drives like brand new! My first time at this dealership. I decided to give them a try because of poor dealings and prices at the other area Kia dealerships. Carlos my service advisor was amazing. He was on top on all of my issues immediately. He was courteous and professional. The amenities at the dealership were also good. I was surprised to see aftermarket options for my car, window tinting, and a comfortable lounge. Glad I stopped by and I would recommend the dealership to other people.
