Everyone was wonderful, the process was so smooth that I couldn't believe it, I have NEVER experienced a purchase going so smoothly. My sales person Gavin was unbelievably good beyond his years. Signing etc with the finance person went well. Being that I don't live in the state of Nevada they couldn't schedule maintenance appointments for me and for the record I would NEVER go to the Kia dealership in the city that I live in because they are soooooo rude. I also have recommended this dealership and Gavin to so many people. If/when I ever purchase another vehicle it will definitely be from this dealership and Gavin!!!

They charged me without any disclosure for service warranty about $2100. Very unhappy about this ripoff and I already complained to Kia motors about this. Lets see if they will refund me. Yes they credited me the charge for extended warranty. Thanks

I live near Nellis AFB it's always a struggle to get home from dropping my car off at your dealership. Why would any military purchase from you guys if you can't get a ride home for service?

Got my 2024 Forte GT Line from Towbin Kia and I love it so far. My sales guy was Carlos and manager Sid helped. They did a great job talking me into it after I realized there was a difference between GT and GT Line lol. Supervisor Rahmeen was also great in solving some miscommunications and ultimately I left happy. I give them all 10s
