Had an appointment here at Crystal Cove and had an unpleasant experience with the leasing office. The lady was rude, un informative and an had a bad attitude. She was gossiping about her coworker in the middle of trying to check in for a tour. We politely declined to even begin the tour because her hospitality was just terrible. Please stay away from the tall dark red hair lady.

The property manger BOB was a huge help to me and my family, anytime he was available to help us he put forth max effort to fulfill are needs, he is a very good example of what a property manager should be, thank you!

I am a traveling healthcare professional looking to move long term to Las Vegas. I called and found the perfect apartment for my exact move in date, and within my budget! It was so perfect. Went through the application process and BAM. The company wants 12 MONTHS of rent in my savings account. That's over $16,000. Yolanda and I talked back and forth via phone and email. When I was clearly astounded and a little irritated she said over the phone "it was just a question there's no need to be upset." Not even 30 minutes later I got an email from Yolanda saying that without proof of a contract in Las Vegas (while I expressed multiple times I am committed to a contract in my current city for 5 more weeks and it is too early to lock in one for my next city) or $16,800 in my savings account they could not move forward in the rental process. This was after we agreed for me to send in more paperwork and she would present this paperwork to her manager. She also mentioned I wouldn't know until Wednesday, which I explained was quite some time to know if I get an apartment or not as rates for rent go up daily, so this will end up costing me money if I don't get the apartment and don't know about it til Wednesday. She said she would "call her boss on his day off for me" to which I replied there was no need to be passive aggressive. When I got off the phone I was under the impression we were on the same page. This process has been a headache and a disappointment. So unless you have a boatload of savings or already live in the area- don't waste your time. They clearly have never heard of people relocating for work. (Even though I will be with the same company and have been for nearly a year. Just different locations.) And the cherry on top- that's against the law. If you get an updated apartment it will look nice on the surface. That's it. Management is a mess, half of them are awesome the other half is rude and incompetent. Grounds are kept nice and maintaince team rocks but poor management kept hot tubs down for 9 months of my lease.
