I don’t recommend this place even for my enemy wether be a tenant or have job here. It’s nasty and you would be treated so bad no matter you a tenant or employee. I worked here for 4 months and I keep telling myself that this is worst decision that I ever mad to work in such a nightmare place. The manager and her husband are useless and have no discipline. That’s why no one can stay with them more than a month. When I first got hired she told me I hope you stay here at least couple of year, because whenever we hire someone they just work for a month and then they leave us. Because you guys are bad and give employees slivery feeing. 👎

San Tropez Apartments has been the *best* place I have lived since moving to Las Vegas. The complex is beautifully kept, it’s clean, and quiet. Beautiful pools and gym! The best feature is the staff!!! Tiffany, Jovie, Jorgan, Howard, Juan, and Elizabeth are all AWESOME!! The complex is huge, yet they know everybody’s name. You are always greeted with a smile. It is just a very positive, friendly environment. Any repairs or questions get addressed in less than 24 hours. It is a wonderful place to live!!! My kitty loves it, too! ☺️🐱

Been waiting 1.5 months for an issue to be fixed. Came twice and still have issue. Now have been waiting 3 days for the next "fix". Told I'm not a priority lol

My previous review from yesterday has been removed I see. In response to the response I got.....i have called everyday since Sunday about my issue and have been told they will get to it tomorrow 3 times. You state all your residents are important.... just not their complaints as I have learned. I waited a month to have my ice maker replaced and then someone came out twice because the guy who replaced it didn't install correctly. Still having issues and now it's been 4 days since I put in my service request. And Stephanie told me they have new appliance installs for new tenants that is more important. 4 days and I'm still waiting. Apparently we all aren't important.

I loved living here. My neighbors had been living here way longer than me, but they were very friendly and kind people. I lived on the northwest corner of the community when you're facing the office/pulling in. I love the pool/hot tub area. The palm trees are perfect. & can't beat a gym membership included with your rent. The staff was always really nice as well. Maintenance was great too. I would have resigned if they had vinyl flooring. I would recommend this place.
