They get to know me as a person, not just a RX #. They keep up with your prescription. Having them ready before you call for a refill. They also get to know your family.

By far the best Pharmacy Ive ever been to. Ive never had any issues that they couldnt fix. The most friendliest staff. Unfortunately, my insurance Tricare will no longer cover my meds there. And this saddens me. I will miss my friends there!

Today, I called them after being TIRED OF WALGREEN'S constant disrespect and unprofessionalism in general, and I called this place, becuase it was the first one that popped up a small independently owned pharmacy, man am I glad that I chose this place!!!! Steven the pharmacist that works in the Bonanza location, was so kind, and helpful and just actually took the time to treat me and my husband like people, and not just a irritation to them...Took the time to change all our medications to Southwest Pharmacy, and anyone who reads this and is thinking about leaving a big chain pharmacy you should switch to here!!! And ask for steven LOL

They know how to work the system and work with doctor, insurance companies and pharmaceutical companies to save you money. They make the extra effort where CVs and Walgreens can't be bothered.
I never have to wait and they seem to know all their customers when they walk in,already rounding up perscriptions , not needing to know your name. They match the face with the name. They're over 10 miles away from me, but I wouldn't go anywhere else
