Unprofessional. I called on a Friday to set up delivery for my blood pressure meds. I was completely out of one. So Monday delivery was confirmed. Got a voicemail from them while at work that same day cancelling Monday's delivery due to closure. So delivery will take place on Tuesday. Tuesday comes and get a phone call from them at 11:43 am while at work. A Voice Mail says one of my meds is backordered and if I want to reschedule for another delivery date. I called them at at 12:00 pm when I was able to look at my phone. Ok I understood the backorder thing but can you deliver my other meds?Unfortunately I missed the delivery guy that day because they needed a response back from me by 10:30 AM. HUH? But you called me at 11:43. Im confused. Ok fine. So now my delivery is scheduled for the next Thursday Mind you my bp gets to 200/110. With hyperthyroid. My doctor doesn't let me leave her office until my bp goes down after giving me a fast acting pill in her office. But ok. Delivery on Thursday. Thursday comes and I forget all about it. Then I realized Thursday night, wait, my meds were not delivered today. I check my phone for missed calls. None. I check voice mails. None. So I call them Friday morning and was told the driver got into an accident which is why I didn't get my meds yesturday. Ok. I understand. I hope he's ok but they could have called me to let me know. So since its Friday and they're closed on the weekends I now have to get my med delivered on Monday or come pick them up with no transportation which is why I use their service. Its 100 degrees outside with hyperthyroid. I am now using a different pharmacy who actually delivered my meds the same Friday I called them. Real Care Pharmacy is where it's at.

I've had a great experience with them. They're kind and efficient.

Please note: they are CLOSED on Saturdays. But you won't know until you drive 20 minutes there like I did and see the hand written sign on the door.
