He said he’d come asked for the address, then never showed up, and wouldn’t reply to text or answer his phone. Horrible customer service and not reliable at all.

I called and scheduled an appointment for 8/22/16 between 12 and 2 PM. AT 2:15 I called and got the voice mail. At 2:30 I call and he answered and said he was delayed and I was his next stop. At 4:00 PM I called and rescheduled for 8/23/16 at 8 AM. at 8:15 I called and got voice mail.
At 8;35 I called and he answered and he then verified my Address and said he would be here in 35 minutes. At 9:46 I called again and asked where are you ? He said he had an emergency flood issue and I would be the very next stop. At that point I canceled the appointment with no uncertain words.
He didn't call on Monday when he could not make the first appointment. He didn't call when he was not here at 8 am and still 2 hours later no call. He never once called to say that he was detained, each time I had to call him. This is the perfect example of unconcerned customer service. Not what I expect to get from a consumer service company.
