BUY RITE APPLIANCES

Someone from Buy Rite was sent out through my Samsung warranty, told me a part needed to be ordered for the repair, then left. No subsequent phone calls. No part ordered. Apparently my service ticket was lost. 2 months I am waiting for a solution. Needless to say I am upset. I would really like to talk with the owner about what is going o in regard to this issue. I called them to do a basic service on my sixteen year old washer, chosen strictly because they are Samsung Authorized Service. Their “service call” is just to open your appliance and tell you what they think maybe, might, possibly should be replaced, so they can come back for another more expensive, perhaps not really needed “service call,” after you’ve been given an estimate. They were here ten minutes and did NOTHING, not even clean the filters, because they’d do that on the next “service call.” Yeah, NEVER AGAIN. Service: Washer/dryer repair

Repair man came on August 16. Said I would hear about my repair in a couple of days, they needed to order a part. It is now September 1, no one has ever called me. I have called twice and left messages, no one has returned my calls. Very unprofessional.
