My heater was acting up and not keeping temperature My original HVAC guy retired and sold his business to a large multi office company I didn't want that I wanted a local professional competent HVAC company that I could have a maintenance contract with and would be focused on good customer relations and service Newtown HVAC is absolutely  that company!Don the owner came out multiple times to try and diagnose the problem He was there multiple times when the issue became No Heat and as we all know it's WinterHe tried to resuscitate but it was too expensive and old to fixI have a brand new Energy Star heater he installed in one morning when it was determined my old heater had a cracked component Don and his team and Amanda his secretary are the BEST Looking forward to a long relationship with a wonderful professional HVAC contractor Call Newtown HVAC you will not regret this !

Newtown Heating and Air owner, Don Schaffer, was very responsive and professional. He identified ice damage to my outside AC unit, which I didn't even realize had occurred, and helped with my successful insurance claim. Afterwards, he installed a new AC unit and performed the job on time and as promised. Services: Install AC, Install thermostat, Heating system installation
