We were on a time crunch and Kellen and the guys were quick to give an estimate and complete the job! They tackled a 50ft trench that had to be dug by hand like Von Miller. They even helped carry sod up a crazy set of stairs. Thanks Doone Bros!!

I ended up with one of those super complicated canyon situations. An entirely failed system with very little flat land, and what flats there are are built up and/or in a flood plain. The crew encountered just about every obstacle save having to blast (which is fortunate, because well spacing prohibited any blasting at all). It took a few extra days, but Kellen and Seamus went above and beyond (to the point, I'm sure, of costing them money to complete the job) to install the tanks in a location that made it possible to reserve the last patch of flat ground on the property wide enough to put a swing set. They could have pushed to move the tanks to that final reserve, but persevered. Service: Septic system installation

I highly recommend Seamus, Kellen, and their team at Doone Brothers. They did my septic as well as my full site excavation/grading/driveway project. My site is very steep and challenging. I found them to be hardworking and fair. They went above and beyond with their communication and effort on my project and I’m super grateful to them for the work they did.

You know a REALLY bad way to start your day? Go out to your yard and find a hole where the septic tank was supposed to be! Yep, that puts a real downer on a day.
It happened to me a couple of weeks ago. The top of the concrete septic tank had corroded, failed and collapsed. Where I should have been seeing grass I was looking at a pit full of stinky water and chunky bits!
I called Doone Brothers at 7AM and Seamus answered the phone. By 9AM, the other half of Doone Brothers, Kellen was on site telling me what needed to be done, when we could get it done and the County hoops that I would need to jump through to get the proper blessings from Jefferson County.
When it came time to actually get the work done, it took the crew 3 days and the job was done. Area smoothed and the inevitable mess from digging out the old septic tank cleaned up.
I'm very pleased with the work they did, their excellent communication at every step of the project and their responsiveness to questions, texts and phone calls.

I was given Seamus and Kellan's number from a neighbor who was very happy with their work. We had a "mystery smell" in our basement and Kellan came out to evaluate our septic system to see if that was the culprit. Because our tank and leach field looked fine, he gave us suggestions to rule out a leak in the house, including recommending a smoke test. We were able to track down a plumber to evaluate the inside. The plumber found and fixed a pipe issue but the smell was still there. Then we saw evidence of a leak outside the tank. Seamus came by to evaluate and did his best to squeeze our little project in. He and his team were quick and efficient and their prices were very fair. We later had an unrelated plumbing issue in the house and Seamus was willing to come out to investigate our septic tank again. He realized that the plumber misidentified the problem and saved us from having to unnecessarily pump the tank. What I appreciated most about both brothers was that they gave us a lot of easy and inexpensive options to troubleshoot, even things we could do ourselves. They never pushed their services and never once suggested we replace the system. We probably have 10 years of useful life on our current septic system (knock on wood), and when the time comes to replace it, Doone Brothers will be our first and only call.
