Overview Morales Flatwork: One week after the job was supposed to be COMPLETED, all they had accomplished was breaking up half of the project. They did not haul away anything, and left a focal point of a multimillion dollar commercial property in shambles. My company has worked with Morales Flatwork for years. We hired them as a sub-contractor used and they were great, but the new owner has is going to sink this company. Because of their past performance, I was happy to use Morales Flatwork on a project with a major new client. Their price was fair and again PAST performance indicated a high quality of workmanship. Not only did the owner and his crew lie repeatedly about when the job would be done, they also caused substantial damage to areas outside the scope of the work. As a project manager, I lost substantial credibility with an amazing client, and my company lost any profit in the job, because we had to bring in an emergency crew. I'm posting this as a warning to anyone considering hiring Morales Flatwork Foundations. They have been blacklisted by my company and will never get business from us again.

This contractor has no insurance. See photo of blue truck. He hit me on Sheridan and refuses to pay for the damage. Do you want to do business with someone like this? I am in the process of filling criminal charges and putting a lean on his business.
