For over 8 months we had to put up with misrepresentation of deliverables, lack of coordination and supervision of subcontractors, material damages, obfuscated and dishonest billing practices, and unfulfilled verbal assurances. We are still discovering incorrectly done work.

From the first visit to help assess the basement damage from a hidden water problem, to the end when they did all the finishing touches, Hogan Construction was wonderful to work with. It was a complete remodel with additional damage found along the way. Will, the project manager, was always helpful, responsive, and went above and beyond to keep the price reasonable and maintain quality. The office manager, Melissa, helped me with the insurance and billing. Mark, the owner, was kind enough to provide additional documentation to the adjuster. Without any hesitation, Ihighly recommend Hogan Construction!!!

Zach and the crew perfectly matched our design in a pretty brief period of time. We were very pleased with the execution of the design - exactly what we were looking for. Unfortunately, had a really bad experience with Hogan construction without even hiring them to do the project. Based on the reviews, we were looking forward to working with them. Two people came out to look at our basement project (we are getting a French drain installed so fixing the walls and repelling the carpet back to the wall) 3 weeks later I followed up asking for the estimate. Figured I gave them plenty of time to put it together. After having to call and text 4 different times and being told it would be sent end of day, multiple times. We finally got a call from one of the guys that came out and he said he needed to confirm some measurements. Turns out he didnt have any of the notes and was even confused as to which project this was for. Super unorganized. We then sent him pictures with measurements (from a different quote). After a couple of hours we received the estimate- which made my jaw drop. This is the 3rd estimate and the cost is $19,000 MORE than the other 2 estimates from reputable companies that we got. Theirs were 5-6K total. Hogans was 24K. Insane for the work we need. We are frustrated with our interactions and with all the time we have wasted waiting and dealing with them. This estimate really feels like a lets give an extremely high estimate because we dont want to do this project. Should have given me this estimate right away to move along or told me from the moment I called that you arent taking new projects at this point. Happy to take my business elsewhere.
