        Last year this office was fantastic. This year our homeowners insurance is to renew. My account is now being handled by Adam. He doesnt seem to know certain things and he didnt call me back ( I gave him 1 week). I didnt find him to be very professional ( kinda cocky). Im just going to let it lapse and look for another company.
